PURE, working closely with the client, captain and manager, determines the scope of work required and establishes a realistic timeframe for your refit and considers any specialist requests. We also collate all technical design information and establish if specific designing and pre-ordering is required and implement where necessary.

PURE organise visits from independent specialists to initiate the tendering process and initial budgeting will be set in place. PURE secures berthing and haul out facilities required for the particular vessel and works to be carried out.

We then liaise with chosen contractors, finalise and draft specialist’s work lists, setting up a base timeline and budget milestones. Any on shore requirements such as accommodation, flights, visas etc. can also be arranged according to your requirements.

PURE provides the all-round management, coordination and responsibilities you would normally find in a closed yard facility.

Coordinating a yacht refit involves forward thinking and planning to achieve class survey compliance and approval. Contained within STP shipyard Palma we have direct access to Shipyard booking and any special ordering is initiated as soon a requested.
